Pat has over 41 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, having held positions in all areas of the lending spectrum.  Starting as a post-closing clerk/typist on a part time basis while attending Drew University in 1978, Pat has truly moved up the ranks starting from the first rung.  From clerk/typist to processor to processing manager to Eastern Division Condominium Approval Department Head at a major national lending institution, Pat also worked with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in the late '80s and early 90s, performing construction and commercial loan workout, due diligence reviews and investigations work.  Following this, Pat was one of three employees in a start up operation where she held the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations for 14 years.
